Please review all the embroidery options. These are the examples and codes for all your embroidery options. Please let us know what you want. To order personalized items list your information in the comments section in the checkout phase. Tell us the type style code, monogram, name or initials, initials desired for embroidery. If any inconsistencies exist we will contact you to finalize before order is placed. Personalized items do take 3-5 extra days to process and ship.
